An Artist Collects:
Artist-Made Books from the Collection of Barbara Tetenbaum

May 5–September 17, 2006

Artist Barbara Tetenbaum avidly collects hand-made artist books in an effort to both educate her students and bring herself continual inspiration. This special exhibition of her collection introduces new audiences to the book arts while also providing artists and students access to new, provocative and rarely seen work. Through her collection, Tetenbaum tracks innovation in varying forms—ranging from unique structure to exquisite text, collaborations between artists or innovative printing processes.
